A man has been arrested by police in Embu after he was busted in possession of Bhang.
The middle aged man was allegedly found with 200 grams of already harvested bhang ready for sale.
Dennis Murimi was also found in possession of 77 stems of the illegal herb growing in his farm.
Murimi is said to have begged police not to arrest him arguing that the bhang found in his possession was for his personal consumption.
He said that he uses bhang so as to work perfectly on his tea farm but was however arrested and booked at the Kavuriti police station.
The police also uprooted the stems to aid in investigatigations and act as exhibit against him.
