Content creator and comedian Dem Wa Facebook is on the verge of completing a house for her parents, a project she proudly showcased on social media. Sharing her joy with her followers, she expressed deep gratitude for the progress made, saying, “I thank God for this far” on her Instagram post.
The house’s exterior is nearly finished, with the roofing already completed. Her supporters flooded the comments with praise, celebrating her dedication to her parents and commending her for inspiring others with her positivity and determination to create a better future.
In a previous post, Dem Wa Facebook emphasized the importance of providing a comfortable home for one’s parents. She disclosed that she had already invested KSh 1.5 million in the construction and anticipated spending an additional KSh 1.5 million to complete the project.
“My dad was the last born in his family, so the house we lived in belonged to my grandmother. He inherited it after she moved elsewhere,” she explained. “I had a budget of KSh 3 million for the project. So far, I’ve spent KSh 1.5 million. I feel so proud of myself because I have always wanted the best for my parents.”
In a separate moment of gratitude, Dem Wa Facebook was moved to tears after receiving a new fridge from a generous fan. The comedian shared an emotional video on her YouTube channel, expressing her overwhelming appreciation for the support she has received as a digital entertainer. She recounted her challenging upbringing in poverty and how these acts of kindness have deeply touched her.
She also recalled being gifted a cooker by another kind fan and vowed to restock her new fridge as soon as possible. Dem Wa Facebook extended her heartfelt thanks to her supporters from the United States, including the fan who sent the fridge, as well as a group of ladies from the Middle East who called her and gifted her money.
She expressed her gratitude for the outpouring of love, particularly from fans in Gulf countries, and acknowledged how her life has taken a positive turn since being signed by Oga Obinna, to whom she promised her loyalty and appreciation.
