Betty Kyallo has not publicly introduced a new romantic partner since her separation from Luo lawyer Nick Ndeda in December 2021. However, in October 2022, Betty dropped strong hints that she might be dating again after nearly a year of being single.
The mother of one posted a photo of herself holding a bouquet of flowers, describing it as the highlight of her week. When asked about the flowers she received in October during a recent interview with a local publisher, Betty neither confirmed nor denied her dating status.
She said, “I am very happy, and as for that photo of me holding flowers, can’t I be loved by my mom or Jesus?”
Betty also revealed that she took a break from dating after her breakup with Nick Ndeda, influenced by her mother’s advice. She stated, “My mom advised me not to rush into a new relationship, and I decided to wait. But something else also happened, and we are now in a good place.”
The rift between Nick and Betty emerged during a joint trip to Nakuru County for some work commitments during the December 2021 holiday. They had a disagreement, which led to them parting ways in Nakuru. Consequently, Ndeda had to leave Nakuru in the company of some of Kyallo’s female friends, a situation that deeply affected the former KTN news anchor.
In an effort to clear her mind and find solace after the fallout in Nakuru with the man from the lakeside region, the mother of one chose to take a trip to Kilifi County, specifically Watamu, to unwind and rejuvenate.
