The self-proclaimed billionaire and prominent dancehall artist in Kenya, Krg The Don, recently expressed his disdain for controversial content creator Vincent Mboya’s car purchase. During an interview with Btg News, Krg The Don criticized Mboya’s choice, referring to it as a tiny car resembling a matchbox. According to him, such a car is unprecedented on Kenyan roads.
Krg The Don didn’t stop at mocking Mboya’s vehicle; he proceeded to belittle the content creator’s living conditions in Nairobi. Despite acquiring a car, Krg The Don claimed that Mboya continues to struggle on the streets. Furthermore, he took a jab at Mboya’s attire during the Talanta Hela show launch at the State House, suggesting that Mboya hasn’t invested in his wardrobe. Krg The Don also referenced an incident where rapper Khaligraph Jones exposed celebrities who wear dirty shoes yet expect respect from their fans, implying that Mboya falls into this category.
The online feud between Krg The Don and Vincent Mboya initiated in 2022, with Krg being one of the individuals responsible for Mboya’s rise to fame. Krg, along with Butita, used to publicly insult Mboya, and their confrontations would frequently go viral. This played a significant role in establishing Mboya as a recognized figure.
Within a year, Mboya has achieved millionaire status and was able to purchase his first car, valued at approximately Ksh.1 million. From being a beggar, Mboya has transformed his fortunes and become a wealthy individual.
