An Akorino boy, Maina, has found a well-wisher to buy him new clothes has gone viral on TikTok
Boy hopes to get into university In a clip that wowed many, the young boy noted that his name was Maina, and he is Akorino. When asked why he wasn’t wearing the ‘kilemba’ he noted that he usually rocks it on Sundays and he is friends with his pastor.
He is studying and revealed that he was in grade one and had high hopes of getting into the university. Maina is from a humble background and revealed that he was in the market to help in selling clothes with the money, he gives his mum.
Maina noted that he loved helping his mum and one way of doing that was by going to the market while on holiday and helping with hawking clothes. In the clip below, he is speaking Kikuyu and his words are really touching the way he relays them shows that he is a boy who is never giving up.
