Aden Duale has publicly defended the record of entity[“politician”,”William Ruto”,”kenyan president”], arguing that the President deserves a full term in office based on his performance so far.
In a statement, Duale compared Ruto’s achievements to those of former Presidents Mwai Kibaki and Uhuru Kenyatta. He pointed out that while both Kibaki and Uhuru served ten-year terms, Ruto has, in just two and a half years, delivered more tangible results.
Duale cited several milestones under Ruto’s administration, including the effective implementation of the Special Hire Assistance (SHA) program, provision of fertilizer to farmers, reopening of sugar factories, and the stabilization of the economy. According to him, these accomplishments demonstrate that Ruto has already made a significant impact on the country in a short period.
He concluded by emphasizing that such results justify giving the President a full term, using the phrase “TUTAM” to signal strong support for Ruto’s continuation in office. Duale’s remarks aim to reinforce the narrative that performance and delivery should be the key considerations in evaluating leadership, rather than political alliances or tenure alone.
