In defiance of mounting criticism, Pastor Ben Kiengei, a widely respected preacher associated with the Jesus Christ Compassion Ministry (JCM) church, has dismissed allegations surrounding his purported romantic involvement with a prominent congregant, identified as Dama. Dama, recognized as a prosperous businesswoman and the CEO of Dama Mobile Spares in Nairobi, has been at the center of swirling rumors regarding an affair with Pastor Kiengei.
Addressing the congregation during a Sunday church service, Pastor Kiengei boldly asserted his pride in being linked with the affluent businesswoman. Dismissing detractors, he declared, “Hakuna mwanaume haezi taka kutembea na Dama ata hao bloggers na baba zao” (Translation: No man would refuse to associate with Dama, not even those bloggers and their fathers). He went on to emphasize Dama’s significant financial contributions to the church ministry.
Unfazed by the speculations surrounding his fidelity, Pastor Kiengei asserted that he remains unaffected by rumors suggesting infidelity with Dama. In a boastful tone, he revealed that whenever he requires a substantial amount, Ksh 2 Million, he simply reaches out to Dama, underscoring the financial support he receives from the prosperous businesswoman.
Adding to his defense, Pastor Kiengei categorically stated that he pays no heed to the hearsay about his alleged extramarital involvement with Dama. The rumors hint at the duo’s purported rendezvous at Marks Hotel in Ruiru.
In defiance of his critics, Pastor Kiengei’s remarks reflect an unwavering confidence in his association with Dama and an apparent dismissal of the swirling rumors surrounding their relationship.
