82 percent of Kenyans now want UHURU impeached as soon as possible – Opinion poll shows

The Great majority of Kenyans are frustrated by President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration going by the discoveries of a poll done on Friday.

As per an online poll conducted by Star Newspaper, 82% of Kenyans wish the son of Jomo is impeached with immediate effect.

The said poll was conducted on Thursday after President Uhuru Kenyatta, in a gazette notice, appointed 34 judges but rejected six among them Justices Joel Ngugi and George Odunga.

In the poll, only 18 percent said the President should not be impeached.

Throughout the previous 3 years, Uhuru has annoyed numerous Kenyans for overlooking court orders and furthermore compromising the legal executive, particularly after a five-judge seat led by Ngugi and Odunga, halted the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) reggae.

Other different judges that the president refused to delegate included Justices Aggrey Mchelule, Weldon Korir, Makori Evans Kiago, and Judith Omange Cheruiyot.
