Lawyer Ndengwa Njiru has raised several questions regarding the circumstances of the bus crash that reportedly involved former Chief Justice (CJ). Njiru expressed concern over inconsistencies in the official account of the incident, highlighting gaps that warrant further investigation.
“Why is the bus driver, who allegedly crashed into CJ, the only eyewitness to the incident? Where have the 65 purported passengers disappeared to? Are you suggesting that absolutely no one else saw this alleged crash happen? How is it possible that the bus sustained no significant damage from the alleged impact? What other evidence supports the driver’s account, given these inconsistencies? Could there be more to this story that we’re not being told?” Njiru asked.
His remarks underscore the need for transparency and a thorough inquiry, reflecting public demand for clarity in incidents involving prominent figures. The questions also highlight potential discrepancies in the narrative that may require further forensic and testimonial examination.
