Bishop Ben Kiengei of JCM Church has come to the aid of Kaluma Boy, a young man from Chinga, Othaya, Nyeri County, who recently went viral for showing love and care to his ailing father.

On Sunday, Kenyans rallied behind Kaluma after his story touched many hearts online. Yesterday, Bishop Ben met Kaluma and his brother, gifting them clothes and other special treats.

The meeting comes just days before a Thanksgiving service set for this Sunday at JCM headquarters in Ruiru, where Kaluma and several TikTokers are expected to attend.

Bishop Ben also revealed that Kaluma’s father will be taken to Jumuiya Hospital in Huruma for a full medical check-up using the church’s ambulance.

The TikTok community has already contributed thousands of shillings to support the family. In addition, Kaluma was officially unveiled as a brand ambassador for Mofarm JM, which has pledged to build a new house for his family.

For Kaluma Boy, who has remained committed to caring for his father, the support marks a turning point. Many Kenyans now hope his father will experience full recovery.
