Nigerian musician Guchi, known for her collaborations with Kenyan artists such as Willy Paul and Mr. Seed, has stirred up controversy online after denying any knowledge of renowned Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones.
During an interview on Obinna TV, Guchi was asked if she would be interested in working with Khaligraph Jones, one of Kenya’s and Africa’s top rappers. To the surprise of many, she appeared puzzled and asked, “Who is that?”
She went on to state that she had never heard of Khaligraph Jones and was unfamiliar with any of his songs. Even after Obinna showed her pictures of the rapper, Guchi maintained that she did not recognize him.
However, she later mentioned that she would take the time to check out his work, acknowledging that she had now heard of him through Obinna TV.
