A shocking investigation by KTN journalists has exposed how President William Ruto is allegedly misusing taxpayers’ money at State House to fund early campaigns for the 2027 elections.
According to the report, the Head of State is said to be spending an astonishing Ksh.200 million every day, hosting delegations from across the country. Each visitor reportedly receives Ksh.10,000 in cash, in addition to enjoying lavish meals at Weston Hotel, where a single plate of food costs Ksh.2,500.
The exposé further revealed that this routine amounts to nearly Ksh.1 billion weekly, money that could otherwise be channeled into struggling sectors such as education and healthcare.
Critics argue that instead of addressing the economic hardships ordinary Kenyans are facing, the president is allegedly prioritizing political survival by “buying loyalty” at State House.
The revelations have sparked outrage among citizens, with many questioning the government’s commitment to service delivery while such staggering amounts are reportedly spent on early campaigns.
