Inooro FM’s presenter, Jeff Kuria, has categorically denied any romantic involvement with television personality Shix Kapienga, addressing the speculations on his YouTube channel and shedding light on their relationship dynamics.
According to Jeff, he first encountered Shix in 2010 at the National Theatre, and their professional paths converged at Royal Media Services. However, he clarified that their connection is purely rooted in friendship and companionship. Jeff emphasized, “I’ve never known her in any other capacity. Shix and I have never shared a romantic relationship.”
In a separate interview, Shix Kapienga responded to questions about her relationship status, expressing her readiness to wait for God’s timing regarding any potential romantic involvement. She remarked, “If it’s in God’s plan for a man to enter my life, it will happen. If not, that’s perfectly okay.” Reflecting on Nairobi’s challenging dating scene, she noted the deceptive nature of connections, where one might think they are connecting with someone, but in reality, they are just talking to themselves.
When questioned about whether being in the public eye makes people hesitant to approach her romantically, Shix acknowledged that, at times, it does. She explained that factors such as not being in a dating phase or lacking compatibility with certain individuals might influence the decision to maintain a friendship rather than pursue a romantic relationship.
