US Newspaper Write About Ruto’s Speech, Points Out What He Said About ‘ Bottom Up ‘

The New York Times Newspaper has published an article recognizing the “building back better narrative ‘ ,which is being championed by President Joe Bidens as his main campaign slogan for the coming elections,after the address made by Kenyan president William Ruto.

President William Ruto made the statement following his opening statement to the UN general assembly meeting which is being held in New York USA.

Ruto newspaper nodded to Biden’s plan proposing a global effort towards building up from bottom approach which the goal was to include the working and the marginalized majority in the economic mainstream.

The bottom up approach had also been a narrative of during Ruto’s campaign in what was popularly known as The Hustler Movement.

He also called upon the United Nations to impose policies that could end wars, insecurity a, hunger and post covid-19 recovery policies for global additionallu, he called for expansion of representation of Africans in the UN.
