Patrick Ssekandi, a student at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda, has become the talk of the campus for one unusual reason he owns multiple cars and frequently switches from one to another, almost as easily as changing clothes. Unlike many of his peers, Patrick did not come from a wealthy family.
