Renowned DJ and actress Pierra Makena recently opened up about her relationship, or rather the lack thereof, with the father of her 7-year-old daughter, Ricca Pokot. In an interview with Milele FM presenter Ankali Ray, DJ Pierra revealed that she has moved on and holds no desire to compel her child’s father to be a part of their daughter’s life if he is not willing.
Addressing the issue, Pierra stated, “I’ve forgotten about my baby daddy; that means he is not involved in my child’s life. If a man chooses not to be a part of his child’s life, I would rather handle responsibilities on my own than beg him to love his own flesh and blood. It’s not a problem for me at all.”
She further emphasized her stance, saying, “That is who he is, and I respect that. I won’t force him, and I don’t harbor any hatred towards him for it. God has blessed me abundantly, and I trust in His providence.”
Pierra also clarified her relationship status, dispelling rumors linking her to comedian DJ Shiti. She asserted that DJ Shiti is a good friend, and any assistance she would offer him stems from their friendship. Regarding her marital status, Pierra disclosed, “I am not married, but I go on many dates. I am actively searching for someone to share my life with. Once I find the right person, I will talk about it. Currently, I am single. If I decide to get married, it will be with someone I connect deeply with, as I don’t believe in divorce. Finding the right man is crucial for a lifelong commitment.”
