Controversial Jubilee Party Vice-chairman, David Murathe has told off critics saying that Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader is unsellable in the Mt Kenya Region.
In an interview on Monday, August 30, the former Gatanga MP said that a section of Mt Kenya Leaders who are opposed to the idea of Raila as the next president are just misplacing their priorities.
He went on to dismiss Deputy President, William Ruto’s lieutenants for peddling lies against Raila to divide the vote rich region with a ‘Railaphobia’.
We know that it was difficult to sell Raila in Mount Kenya during the past elections. But this time around, we are determined to break the jinx,
Murathe said.
He went on to add that Raila will hold mega rallies all around Mt Kenya as the country gears up to the 2022 General Elections.
