Kenyans on social media were left shocked after a woman from Kisii County allegedly appeared on TikTok Live and made disturbing statements about wanting to infect other men with HIV.

The woman further claimed that she would walk around the streets of Nairobi looking for men and convince them to have sexual relations with her, allegedly with the intention of infecting them.

She reportedly said she would continue with the plan until she felt satisfied, making remarks suggesting that she was prepared to die after infecting several men.

The disturbing remarks quickly attracted reactions from Kenyans, with many expressing concern over what she allegedly said during the live session.

Some social media users urged the woman to seek medical help and counselling instead of taking revenge on innocent people. They also reminded her that HIV can be managed with proper treatment and that people living with the virus can live healthy lives while taking antiretroviral medication.

Others called on her to reconsider her alleged plan, warning that deliberately transmitting HIV to other people could have serious consequences.

The video has continued to attract attention online, with Kenyans urging anyone facing a similar situation to seek professional medical and psychological support rather than harming others.

It is important to note that the claims made by the woman in the video have not been independently verified, and her alleged HIV status should not be treated as confirmed based solely on the social media video.
