In the video, the manager is heard claiming that he was suffering from back pain and was also stressed, before allegedly telling the woman that she had to massage him if she wanted to keep her job.
The woman is then seen massaging the manager as the situation continues for an extended period.
Reports attributed to Daily Post USA claim that the woman was allegedly made to continue the massage for about six hours without taking a proper rest.
The situation reportedly took another disturbing turn after the manager allegedly fired the woman from her job.
According to the same reports, the manager allegedly feared that the woman could eventually reveal what had happened and damage his reputation.
The video has since attracted widespread attention online, with many people expressing anger and concern over the alleged treatment of the woman.
Some social media users have urged the woman to seek legal assistance and report the matter to the relevant authorities so that the allegations can be investigated.
The authenticity and full circumstances surrounding the video and the allegations, however, have not been independently established.
The incident has nevertheless raised questions about workplace abuse and the power some employers may have over vulnerable workers.
