A viral video circulating on social media has left many people shocked and emotional after appearing to show an African school principal being humiliated, fired from his job and kicked out of his home after allegedly using part of his salary to help two needy students.

The dramatic footage, which has attracted widespread attention online, reportedly shows the principal working at a private school owned by members of his wife’s family. Watch Video

According to the claims made in the video, the principal decided to use his two months’ salary to pay school fees for two needy students and also purchase basic necessities for their families.

However, his decision allegedly angered the school’s management, with one of the bosses, who is said to be his in-law, confronting him inside an office.

In the video, the man is heard telling the principal that his actions were unacceptable and had embarrassed the name of the school.

“What you did, Mr Principal, is unacceptable here. You have embarrassed the name of our school. We don’t help poor people,” the man is heard saying.

The alleged boss then appears to write a letter before handing it to the principal. The principal is subsequently seen being escorted out of the office in what appears to be a humiliating dismissal.

The situation reportedly became even more dramatic when he stepped outside the building.

Waiting outside was allegedly his wife, accompanied by a lawyer and holding what appeared to be divorce documents.

The woman is heard claiming that she was responsible for approximately 99% of the couple’s properties and accusing her husband of contributing little to their household.

She allegedly described him as a useless man who had not brought anything significant into the home, before telling him that she wanted him to leave and find his own way in life.

The principal, who appeared visibly shocked by the turn of events, was therefore allegedly left without both his job and marriage after choosing to assist the two students.

The video has since sparked a heated debate online, with many people questioning whether helping vulnerable students should ever be treated as an offence, while others have raised questions about the circumstances surrounding the alleged dismissal and divorce.

However, the authenticity and full context of the video, including the identities of the people involved and whether the events happened exactly as portrayed, could not be independently verified.

Despite this, the footage has continued to generate emotional reactions, with many viewers praising the principal’s alleged act of kindness toward the two needy students.
