Uganda’s Triplets Ghetto Kids Proceed to Britain Got Talent Grand Finale

Uganda’s Triplets Ghetto Kids have advanced to the grand finale following an electrifying performance during the semifinals.

With their high-energy dance routine, the Ghetto Kids captivated the audience at the Hammersmith Apollo. These six talented children, ranging from ages five to 13, are orphans who found solace in one another’s company after being rescued from the streets of Uganda by their mentor, Daouda Kavuma.

Priscila (12), Asharif (12), Akram (13), Shakib (12), Madwanah (13), and Josephine (five) showcased their exceptional dance moves to a medley of lively songs. The judges were full of praise for their act. Bruno described them as “simply irresistible,” while Simon expressed, “It was pure magic. When something is great, it’s undeniably great. The audience genuinely adores you.”

Alesha couldn’t contain her excitement, exclaiming, “You are the ones to beat! You light up my heart. I’m deeply passionate about your performance, and I believe you’re one of the finest acts ever to grace the BGT stage.”

Back in April, the Ghetto Kids made headlines when they received the coveted golden buzzer during their inaugural audition on Britain’s Got Talent 2023. Choreographer and television personality Bruno Tonioli was so moved by their performance that he granted them a standing ovation and pressed the golden buzzer, propelling them forward in the competition.
