Social media sensation Vera Sidika recently opened up about her current romantic involvement with a Nigerian partner.
In a conversation with Mpasho’s Kalondu Musyimi, Vera disclosed that she is indeed dating but is not seeking a committed relationship at this point in time.
The reality TV personality clarified that she’s not actively pursuing a serious commitment and her partner is fully cognizant of her stance.
“At the moment, I’m not inclined towards commitment. I prefer to keep things light. Though I’m seeing someone, I wouldn’t categorize it as a serious relationship,” she remarked.
She further elaborated, likening her status to being single due to her reluctance to delve into anything substantial. She humorously depicted her situation as “50/50, one leg in, one leg out.”
Vera emphasized that her partner is well-informed about her disinclination towards serious commitment.
“I’ve made it clear that I’m not seeking commitment, and he understands. He happens to be Nigerian. You know the saying, ‘once you go black, you never go back’? It’s similar to that sentiment but with Nigerians. It feels like rediscovering oneself,” she expressed.
Expounding on her observations, Vera highlighted Nigerian men’s preferences, asserting that they admire women with ample curves. She praised their assertiveness, describing them as unapologetically masculine and forthright, qualities she finds appealing.
“Most men might feel intimidated by a woman of means, but Nigerians exude confidence. They possess a commanding presence, which every woman desires. Additionally, they possess an innate understanding of how to cherish their partners. They excel in various aspects, including their enticing aroma, prowess in the bedroom, and generosity,” she added.
