The authority took the action after complaints from Kenyans over the recent airing of inappropriate kids content.
The station has been ordered to go off air from midday Wednesday, 28 April for a minimum of four weeks.
After the four weeks, the station will be allowed to go back on air after it has complied with all issues raised by the CAK.
The Communication Authority of Kenya has also imposed a fine of Ksh 500,000 indicating that the company has a lot of compliance issues which had been raised for 120 days.
The authority also ordered that all compliance issues raised should be resolved within a maximum of 30 days.
