“Sikuji”- Musalia Mudavadi to skip Raila Odinga’s big day.

ANC party leader, Musalia Mudavadi will not be attending Odinga’s declaration, Azimio La Umoja.

Odinga is expected to make a stand today, December 10, on whether he will vye for the country’s top seat come 2022 General Elections.

The Azimio Azimio La Umoja will beheld at Kasarani stadium and according to the event organizers, they are expecting over 150,000 Kenyans to turn up.

However, Musalia has said that he will not attend despite being officially invited.

“I have just received an official invitation to Azimio la Umoja Convention. As noted herein, the invitation was addressed in my personal capacity as ANC Party Leader and not OKA Principal. Regrettably, I will not be able to attend because of personal engagements,” Mudavadi said in a Tweet.

“Raila Odinga is a worthy competitor, I wish him well because tomorrow will clearly be his day in the sun,” he added.

Notably, Kenyans were eager to see whether President Kenyatta will attend the event but the hopes have been thwarted after the president traveled to Tanzania for official duty yesterday.
