In a shocking video released by City Hall, a 33-year-old woman, identified as Dalvine Otuoma, is
captured using a testing tube to deliver a load of sperm in a bid to impregnate herself. The City
Sperm Bank have since come out to condemn her actions, saying as a member of staff, she has
an obligation to only store the semen and ensure its safety. However, Dalvine has come out to
say that her move came as a result of struggling for years without conceiving, saying she was
desperate.
