Tanzanian entertainer Hamisa Mobetto, who rose to fame as a video vixen before launching a music career, recently shared a deeply emotional revelation about her past pregnancies with Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz. Speaking candidly on Wasafi FM’s The Switch, Mobetto disclosed the heartbreaking experience of suffering multiple miscarriages before giving birth to their son, Dylan.
Mobetto recounted that her first pregnancy with Diamond ended in a miscarriage while she was abroad. She revealed that she went on to endure two more miscarriages before they successfully welcomed Dylan on the fourth attempt.
Reflecting on the journey, she shared:
“I experienced three pregnancies before welcoming Dylan into the world. The first time, during our travels abroad, I had a miscarriage. The following two pregnancies ended the same way. But Dylan’s arrival was a turning point. Throughout that pregnancy, Diamond and I stayed together until the day he was born.”
Despite the joy that Dylan’s birth brought, Mobetto revealed that Diamond requested a DNA test to put any doubts or rumors to rest. She agreed to the request and described the process:
“We underwent DNA testing, and several tests were done to confirm the results. After weeks of waiting, the results showed a 100 percent match. While it was a relief, it was also a painful moment. I saw how much the situation affected Diamond, and as a mother, it hurt to see him in such emotional pain.”
Mobetto’s story sheds light on the emotional toll their journey took and highlights the resilience both she and Diamond demonstrated in navigating such deeply personal challenges.
