Mugithi artist Samidoh has refuted claims of receiving a lavish gift worth 420K from his baby mama, Senator Karen Nyamu.
Samidoh, who shares two children with the nominated senator, recently posted a picture of himself holding a mug, accompanied by the following caption:
“Waweru Uyu na Kajei Salim, kumbe hizo maswali zenu mingi za kifala ni za Captain Morgan. Because beer doesn’t ask silly questions, my friends. Ndi muthiga ukai muhuure.”
One of his fans questioned whether the drink in the cup was the one Karen had bought for him:
“Thamweri, hio ni ile ya 420K? Bado iko kwa fridge 362.”
To this, Samidoh replied, denying that he was gifted anything:
“Hehe, hizo ni vipindiree za social media. Usichukulie serious sana. Naweza rogwa bure.”
In a previous TikTok session, Sue Gachambi called out the politician for lying about gifting her baby daddy.
In a video witnessed by this writer, Nyamu was seen entering a liquor store and inquiring about the most expensive alcohol they had available.
“Nimekuja kununulia mbabaz pombe ya Father’s Day. Nataka ile ya dooh mob kabisaa for mbabaz. The most expensive one kabisaa, nataka kubuiya mbabaz,” she excitedly told the store attendant as she perused the store.
The store attendant guided her through various bottles, ranging in price from 210K to 420K.
Karen jokingly mentioned that the 420K bottle of cognac was equivalent to buying a Toyota Vitz.
Eventually, she purchased nearly half a million worth of Remy Martin’s 700ml Louis XIII cognac for her beloved “mubabaz.” The store attendant demonstrated how to open the elegant liquor box while engaging in casual conversation with Karen.
Without hesitation, Karen paid for the cognac using her credit card and proudly shared a screenshot of the receipt on her Instagram stories, showcasing her purchase and perhaps aiming to silence any skeptics.
