Artist Mercy Masika, never wanted to conceive after her auntie painted a gory picture of how painful childbirth is.
Talking in an interview, the scandl free artist uncovered that when she was growing up, her auntie disclosed to her that conceiving is possibly the most painful experience a lady goes through in life.
The said auntie painted a negative pic of labor and made it look so agonizing and horrible.
At the point when she got married, the scary accounts of labor that her auntie used to describe to her when she was a little young lady affected her.
however after first birth she realized that her auntie was simply terrifying her.
“During my first pregnancy, I was induced as I was in labor the whole night.
“I was so scared as I was waiting for pain like what I see in movies but that did not happen.
“That is why I never wanted children because in my head I was like ‘’uui watakurarua?’ as a child you think, giving birth is such drama?
“I did not know how I gave birth. I only had some diarrhea and some vomiting”, she said.
