Muigai Wa Njoroge Eats A Humble Pie After Uhuru Refused To Invite Him For Mashujaa Celebrations In Kirinyaga.

Gospel Musician, Muigai Wa Njoroge is popularly known for his hard hitting songs and at time some castigating the current regime.

He has been in the fore front in calling out the president for what he terms as ‘not’ being interested in the well being of the larger GEMA.

His popular song ‘Mbari Ya Kimendero‘ loosely translated to ‘The crushing clan’ caused waves as the musician threw an indirect jibe at the top leadership.

As the Mashujaa Day was being celebrated at the Wang’uru stadium, Kirinyaga County, State House had invited influential musicians from all over Mt Kenya Region to entertain the guests.

Conspicuously absent was Muigai Wa Njoroge who is among the most influential musician from the region.

Muigai not been invited according to reports is because of the fact that he has in the recent past been attacking the president through his songs.

However most Kenyans have said that the stadium could not hold all the big wigs in Kikuyu musical scenes.

Notably, Muigai has publicly shown his support for Deputy President William Ruto’s UDA party ahead of the 2022 general elections.
