Mugumoini residents, Maragua woke up to a stinking stench which spead all over the small village.
According to the area residents, the body of one Mwangi was first spotted by a 10-years-old boy who had gone to fetch water for breakfast at the well.

Scared and shocked, the boy raised the alarm and neighbors came to see what was happening only to identify the man’s body rotting.
Details indicate that the man had been reported missing since Friday 16,2021.It is alleged that the man might have tripped over himself trying to jump over the well.
Being drunk, he could not drag himself out of the hole hence drowning to death.Neighbors mourned the man as a humble person who lived harmoniously with his family and neighbors.
The man’s body was taken to the Murang’a Level 5 hospital Mortuary awaiting post-mortem.
