Vincent Mboya, 21, is now refunding comedian Jalang’o Ksh 18,000 he had paid for his rent.
Mboya said that he has given the comedian 48 hours to collect the cash or he will deliver it to his place of work.
Earlier on Vincent had been at risk of being locked out of his house due to unpaid rent and had run to Jalang’o for help.
The Kiss 100 presenter offered to help him but went on ahead to call out the young man for seeking sympathy instead of working like other young men out there.
Now Mboya has said he will refund Jalang’o his Ksh 18,000 in what he termed as being belittled by the Emcee while clearing the 3-months rent bill.
Previously, Jalang’o had come out and together with his friends, raised enough money to build a home for the former Tahidi High actor, Joseph Kinuthia better known as Omosh after the actor begged Kenyans to help him following his pilling bills.
Weeks later, Omosh said that the money raised by Jalang’o was not enough adding that it was less than a million shillings.
An angry Jalang’o called out Omosh for taking advantage of Kenyans of good will and told him to go work instead of turning into an online begger.
