Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones has announced an exciting collaboration with American rap legend Rick Ross. Responding to a fan who suggested the idea, Khaligraph confirmed the collaboration, saying, “Already done G, watch this space.”
Earlier this year, Khaligraph faced a significant setback in March when his much-anticipated Instagram Live session with Rick Ross did not happen as planned. The ‘Yego’ hitmaker expressed his frustration on social media, blaming the cancellation on jealousy and envy from some of his followers.
Khaligraph revealed that his Instagram account had been reported for an unspecified violation, leading to a three-month shadow ban. He apologized to his disappointed fans, assuring them that the situation was out of his control and promising that the Instagram Live session with Rick Ross would eventually take place.
Following his announcement, Khaligraph received an outpouring of support from thousands of fans, including several celebrities and Rick Ross himself, who encouraged him to stay positive. Rick Ross had previously hinted at his interest in collaborating with African artists, mentioning both Khaligraph and Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz as potential partners.
