Kenya Power lists 6 Counties to be affected by power blackouts today Wednesday

Kenya Power has announced power blackouts that will affect six counties today (Wednesday), impacting various areas within each region.

In Nairobi County, Safari Park along Garden Estate Road and nearby customers will experience power outages from 9am to 5pm.

Nyeri County will witness blackouts in Muruguru, Githiru, and Marua from 9am to 5pm, while Gacharageni, Mioro, and Kagongo areas will be without power from 8am to 5pm. Kiawarigi and Gitunduti will also be affected from 9am to 4:30pm.

Bomet County will face power interruptions from 9am to 4pm, impacting Mulot, Longisa, and surrounding areas.

Uasin Gishu County will experience blackouts affecting Tebeclan near Cereal, Kamukunji Estate, Kamukunji Primary School, Kibulgeny, parts of Block 10, and nearby customers from 9am to 3pm.

Parts of Kisii County will be in darkness from 8am to 1pm, including Menyinkwa, Masongo, Misesi, Iyabe, Mwata, Nyachenge, Kamagambo, Marera Health Center, Kameji, part of Tabaka Hospitals, Nyaonko, and adjacent areas.

In Embu County, power outages will affect Karurumo Catholic, Katambararia, Matururi, Kanjatiri Village, Kanduri, Ndumari Secondary School, Kavuru Primary School, Kangondi Primary School, Kageeri Market, Gatitu Market, Kune Secondary School, and surrounding areas from 9am to 4pm.
