Jubilee Party is slowly sinking from its former glory after most of its top members decamps to other parties.
National Assembly Speaker, Justin Muturi is the latest member to announce his decamping from the Uhuru’s party.
Muturi quit Jubilee and announced that he will be vying for presidency on a new party ticket.
Reliable sources revealed that Muturi announced his presidential bid on Restore and Build Kenya Party which he vowed to resurrect in partnership with Meru Governor, Kiraitu Murungi.
Since his coronation as the GEMA’s Spokesperson, Muturi has been touring the vote rich Mt Kenya region to popularize his presidential ambitions.
Notably, Kiraitu Murungi, in his book titled Beyond Politics said that Jubilee is already dead.
“The (Jubilee) party is full of horror stories only told in private, behind closed doors.”“Jubilee is involved in a terrible orgy of suicides, fratricides and infanticides,” Kiraitu Murungi wrote.
