Murang’a senator Hon Irungu Kang’ata has broken his silence following the reconciliation talk which was ignited yesterday by deputy president William Ruto during Nation prayer day.

Taking to his social media accounts, Hon Irungu Kang’ata who is a strong supporter of TangaTanga cleaimed that it’s time for Leaders to embrace unity for the benefit of the nation.

“Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another and God of love and peace will be with you,” Irungu quotes Bible verse. “When leaders unite, Kenya unites. Leaders are the pillars,” he added.

After the handshake between president Uhuru Kenyatta and former prime minister Raila Odinga, the ruling party divided with one wing supporting Ruto and the other supporting Uhuru Kenyatta something that has greatly affected the Jubilee’s ruling.
