Ferdinand Omanyala, Kenya’s fastest man and top athlete, has taken his wealth and invested it wisely. He is a shareholder in a multimillion-dollar real estate venture, worth KSH 256 million, developed by Ask Homes. The new Rongai skyline will soon boast an eight-story building with 128 units, each costing KSH 2 million to purchase. The rental fee for a one-bedroom unit is expected to be KSH 20,000.
This project is one of Omanyala’s dreams and he is confident that it will be profitable, as evidenced by the model unit. He sees it as a combination of airbnb and hotel business.
As Ferdinand reaches the peak of his athletic career, he knows that his talent will not sustain him forever. By investing in this real estate venture, he is securing his future and fulfilling his entrepreneurial aspirations.
