Popular Inooro TV presenter, Njambi Wa Njau has revealed how she left her marriage after one year.
The bubly news anchor in an interview with Jeff Kuria also revealed that she was enticed with a deal by another station which had promised to pay her double the salary if she left the Royal Media owned station.
She revealed that after seeing the contract, without much thought left Inooro TV where she had launched her journalism career.
In the first three months, everything was fine, and the money was good. However, from then onwards, we were not getting any pay,”
she said.
She had to stop working at the station and was left jobless.
She added that in that same year, she got into a union and got pregnant which ended the same year.
Njambi said that her husband treated her badly and was only interested in having sex with her and there was no love.
She is currently working at Inooro TV as a prime time news anchor.
