In recent news, Kenyan celebrity and entrepreneur Nadia Mukami has found herself embroiled in a heated dispute with self-proclaimed “president of comedy in Africa,” Eric Omondi. This clash comes shortly after Nadia publicly criticized Eric for constantly seeking attention and publicity.
Nadia Mukami took to social media to reveal the budget for her latest music video, which features her husband Arrow Bwoy in the song titled “Mimi na we.” She stated that the production of the video cost her a staggering Ksh. 3.8 million.
Eric Omondi, among other well-known celebrities, promptly responded to this announcement and issued a threat to sue Nadia for allegedly using his catchphrase (3.8 million) to promote her song. Eric claimed that he had previously used the phrase and figures in his promotional video with Amberay.
Unfazed by Eric’s legal threats, Nadia Mukami fired back, asserting that she is wealthier and possesses more financial resources than Eric Omondi. She proudly mentioned owning a multimillion-dollar spa and a state-of-the-art creative studio, assets that she claimed Eric lacks.
The animosity between Nadia and Eric Omondi dates back quite some time, and the two celebrities have never seen eye to eye. Nadia has frequently criticized Eric for using her name in his campaigns and clout-chasing antics. Their online feud has grown increasingly bitter, with both parties vehemently disagreeing with one another.
