Remcy Don, popularly known as the Kenyan Jason Derulo, has come out strongly to deny swirling rumours linking him to comedienne Mammito’s newborn.
Taking to his social media pages, the entertainer slammed bloggers for spreading false information without verifying facts. He expressed frustration over the ongoing speculation and made it clear that he is not connected to Mammito’s child in any way.
“Please, please, please… I am not anyone’s baby daddy,” he wrote. “Bloggers, how about you consult us before publishing anything about us? How do you even know who someone’s baby daddy is? Let’s be serious. I have a family and a life to take care of. This business of giving me online children—SITAKI. Let’s respect each other. Tuheshimiane.”
His statement comes just weeks after Mammito, a celebrated Kenyan comedienne, announced the arrival of her baby on March 26, 2025. The exciting news was shared on her Instagram page, receiving warm wishes from fans and fellow celebrities.
Back in December 2024, Mammito had opened up about her pregnancy journey, revealing that it was planned. However, she chose to keep the identity of her baby’s father under wraps, only sharing during an interview with media personality Betty Kyallo that her partner is not a public figure.
“He’s not in the entertainment industry, and that’s something I truly appreciate,” she said at the time.
With the mystery still lingering around the identity of Mammito’s partner, public speculation has been rife. But according to Remcy Don, it’s time to draw the line and respect people’s privacy.
