Squats
In an upright position, place your feet slightly wider, bend and push your lower body as if you want to sit on a chair, in this position drop down until your thigh are in the same position with the ground, pause for a moment then go up and keep repeating.
Side lunges
This excise will make your hip shapewear all round.
Put your feet together with a medium weight dumbbell in your hands, straighten one leg out and allow the dumbbell to rest against your legs, slowly return your leg back and repeat.
Side Leg Lift
This move targets your hip directly.
It is recommended to lie down on one side and stack your legs on top of each other, start raising the leg on top as high as you can, pause for some minutes at the top , then drop slowly at the starting point.
Hip raise
This is done by lying on the floor, your back should be straight and your knees should bend at a 90 degree angle and your arm and feet should be straight on the ground, only your hip and should go up and down, pause at the top for 2 seconds and return to the starting point.
It is recommended that you do this exercises 2 times 5 times a day for quick results.
