At 53 years old, Esther Musila, the wife of renowned gospel artist Guardian Angel, has divulged the secrets to maintaining her youthful appearance despite being 18 years older than her husband.
Although their significant age gap is evident, Musila has captivated many with her impeccably toned figure. She attributes her physique to regular exercise, citing dancing as her preferred physical activity.
Musila explains that her physique is partly due to genetics. While she was slender in her 30s and 40s, she experienced unexpected weight gain during the Covid-19 pandemic. She also acknowledges the influence of hormonal changes as women approach their 50s, which can lead to rapid weight fluctuations.
In addition to her exercise regimen, Musila underscores the importance of a balanced diet. She opts for light meals, avoids wheat products and sugar, and focuses on hydration by drinking ample water and incorporating plenty of vegetables into her meals.
