Eastleigh Lady Sends An Emotional Letter to Family After Being Kidnapped.

A 23-year-old lady from Eastleigh, Nairobi has come out sending an emotional letter to her family asking them to pay Ksh 5 million ransom demanded by her abductors.

In a video that has since gone viral, Hafsa Mohammed Lukman is seen being blindfolded with both hands and legs tightly tied, with open wounds and scars, showing a clear indication of being totured.

“I have been kidnapped, and they’re demanding ransom. Please, send it,” Hafsa stated- her voice barely heard in the video due to the wounds and scars on her mouth.

Her brother Inlaws, Omar Ibrahim revealed to the media that the kidnappers had sent the letter to the family on Wednesday, June 16.

“Her abductors last texted us on Wednesday, June 16, at 11:30 pm saying that they needed the ransom. We are worried that they might harm her,” Ibrahim stated

He further stated that Hafsa was last seen at her shop on Tuesday, June 15,through CCTV cameras in company of another lady identified as Hafsa Abdulwahab who sells watermelon in bulk in Eastleigh and has also been reported missing.

Meanwhile, impeached Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko, sharing the video, urged women and kids to be extra careful.

“Now if the police corner these burgers and kill them because they are armed, you will hear some people making noise that it’s extrajudicial killings and these kidnappers have tortured the wife or sister to someone,” Sonko opined.
