DJ Fatxo Set To Vacate His Rental Apartment says it’s Haunted By Spirits,  “In my Kikuyu culture, there is something called curses, taboo and abomination”

The family of Jeff Mwathi continues to assert that DJ Fatxo is responsible for their relative’s untimely demise, despite the recent clearance given by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

Jeff Mwathi, who met his tragic end under mysterious circumstances at DJ Fatxo’s residence, was believed to have fallen from the 10th floor of the apartment. While the DCI suggests the possibility of suicide, Mwathi’s family firmly maintains that DJ Fatxo played a significant role in his demise.

In an exclusive interview with Radio Jambo, DJ Fatxo expressed his intention to move out of his 10th-floor apartment in Kasarani following the incident, citing cultural beliefs as the primary reason behind his decision.

“In my Kikuyu culture, there are various superstitions and taboos. According to our beliefs, when someone passes away in a particular location, it is deemed inappropriate to continue residing there, as it is believed that supernatural spirits may have taken hold of the premises,” DJ Fatxo explained.

He further disclosed that he was temporarily prohibited by the DCI from vacating the premises until the conclusion of their investigation. However, DJ Fatxo confirmed his plans to relocate from the apartment when the appropriate time arrives.

Jeff Mwathi’s grandmother, in a poignant plea, called upon the spirit of the deceased to haunt DJ Fatxo until he confesses to any potential wrongdoing.

The elderly woman adamantly insisted that DJ Fatxo would not find peace and emphasized that the restless spirit of Jeff would not rest until the truth was revealed.

The investigation into Jeff Mwathi’s unfortunate demise continues as conflicting narratives persist between the authorities’ findings and the unwavering conviction of the grieving family.
