Gospel musician, Dishon Mirugi is set to appear in court today.
The musician is alleged to have murdered his ex-lover, Pastor Elizabeth on Sunday.
His lawyer, Ndegwa Njiru has expressed confidence that the musician will be released stating that the autopsy results indicated that Ms. Elizabeth had committed suicide.
The pastor, according to reports is said to have hanged herself inside Dishon’s house in Kasarani.
On Sunday, Dishon is said to have driven all day with the pastor’s body in his car.
Reports also indicate that Mirugi had taken the body to Kasarani police station where the officers refused to take the body.
Later on in the evening, Dishon dumped the body at the KU mortuary and drove off.
