Nyakairu who has been celebrated among the pioneers of Kikuyu comedy has finally reunited with celebrated Journalist, Waithira Muithirania.
Nyakairu’s star rose after he was given a chance on radio by Royal Media owned station, Inooro FM.
He used to host a morning show with popular Ngogoyo show host Kamau Wa Kangethe.
The duos show was among the most listened to by the Kikuyu community but Nyakairu unceremoniously left the station to persue personal interest and focus more on his family.
Before quitting Inooro FM, Nyakairu and Muithirania had built an amazing audience and seemingly, their vibe flowed naturally with their work relationship giving their competitors a run for their money.
The two reunited today, Thursday April 1 at Kihooto FM where they aired their first show after years of being apart.
Whether their vibe will still be the same as before, only time will tell.
